3. Payments & Invoicing
Full payment is due before item delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Turnaround Time
Estimated service times are provided as guidelines only.
Delays may occur due to part sourcing, special order items, or complexity.

5. Warranties & Limitations

Items submitted for sale are subject to appraisal and condition check.
We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our quality, brand, or legal standards.
Donations are voluntary and are not eligible for return or compensation.
Donated items may be refurbished, repurposed, or sold for charitable or training programs.
8. Limitation of Liability

Watch Service 360 shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of sentimental value.
